How can #p2 and #fem2 work together more effectivelyThis is a featured page

Notes from the June 21 fem2 chat

Summary:

1) inclusiveness: trans and woc views, international, disability perspectives #fem2
2) issue focus. action item: a "virtual chalkboard" on the #fem2 wiki, followed by a circle dyad diagram (?)
3) multiple definitions -- of feminism, of progressivism -- may well cause clashes. how to keep these from derailing us?
4) a question from @mzmartipants about gender statistics -- @DinkyShop had asked me a similar question on my blog post. Action Item: follow-up post from Jon, then discussion.
5) after-action analysis: why didn't the big progressive blogs didn't mention #fairpay

Opportunity: how to cooperate on the upcoming Fem2pt0 blog carnival on caretaking?

Other notes

@ilauredhel: one easy thing to do to show international pespectives are welcome: avoid US-centric times and holidays.

@digitalsista i think when we assume that 1 grp will just "understand" the issues that are importnt to another is always flawed
